We Badly needed A new Section Of EDPM Rubber roofing replaced And Antonio And His Workers stepped up to the Plate in Middle of July when it was HOT...... And had to strip the roof deck and ALL APPROX. 45' X 14' And Had it done in 2.5 Days...... And Cleaned up the old materials into the Dumpster for us........ And Again, It was Hot...... And Work quality on the Rubber roofing and Seaming and Rake edging was done very well.......

This is an excellent company. If you are looking for a roof repair to prevent further damage, this company does the repair. I didnâ t want to replace my roof at this time. The repair of the weak spot should extend the life and integrity of my roof.

Just a great small business that did very good work. Had a leak in my roof that started to become a problem, so I reached out. They reached back immediately, but I had some other things come up so I blew them off, unfortunately. Cut to 2 weeks later, I called them back on a Tuesday, a guy was at my house making an assessment on Thursday. It actually ended up being a smaller job that they had all the materials for, so they were back out Friday afternoon, and did the entire job that day. So from the first time I reached out to having a patched roof, was about 4 days. I was happy with the turnover time, happy with the price, and happy with the work. I haven't seen a drop since, and it poured the very next day. I'd recommend Clover, and if I need any other future work done, I'll start with them.

Tony was thorough in reviewing what needed to be done. His price was fair and he showed up with his crew, worked hard in the hot sun and they finished the whole roofing project in one day. Next project, we'll call him.

Excellent experience, they were the only company to accurately find and propose the repair of a leak in my roof without pumping up the price with other unnecessary work. They fixed it in a timely manner and went ahead and fixed other spots that could be problems in the near future, all inclusive in the original price quote. They gave me a written 3 year warranty.

Antonio was very honest and the only person willing to work within my budget to repair the roof. Also, he communicates as to when he will arrive and also, as he is working lets me know of any problems, with suggestions of what he can do, as they appear. I plan to hire him for future projects.

I hired Clover Construction to apply a silicone coating to my flat, torch down roof. Tony was very knowledgeable about my roof and completed the work promptly. Tony gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be done- he didn't try to upsell me on anything that was unnecessary (like most roofers do) and completed the project for a reasonable, fair price. I will be hiring Clover again to reseal the roof when the time comes.

Every area that was repaired for leaking still leaks. Antonio Stevens(owner) does not respond to calls or texts. Charged a lot of money for each short visit. Roof repairs included only applying some sort of sealant. Offered verbal 100 percent warrantee. EVERY alleged repair leaked again. Has not responded to several calls for several weeks. I highly recommend not hiring or trusting, particularly Antonio Stevens.

I received a fair estimate from this company. The first time I encountered them I discovered how family orientated they are. That meant a lot to me so I gave them a chance. I run a business but also have a background in construction. I understand the costs involved and time it takes to preform a lot of different projects. They were very sensitive to my budget and worked inside of the time frame agreed upon. I have hired them for a few projects now and plan to contact them first with any future projects. They have a great communication style. They are up front with their intentions. They are honest and do not create surprises that cost extra in the end like many other contractors. They even work after business hours to accommodate and get things done. Good honest guys providing a service at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend them.
