Matthew at One Source did an exceptional job on our lawn. We were very pleased and would highly recommend and already have several times. We had an erosion issue and not many companies wanted to tackle. Matthew was excited to take it on and worked extremely hard every day. He knows his stuff and has a passion for what he does.

Pros: Matt is a hard working guy, operates solo which saves on labor costs, friendly and responsive to texts when hired and ambitiously took project on Cons: follow through and project completion. Initially plan was for backyard sod install, weed application front and back, and leftover sod installed in front followed by topsoil dressing back and front. Initially underestimated amount of sod needed and compensated the extra pallet which was great customer service. But then, What actually happened: backyard installed, no top dressing, and leftover was put in side yard and additional pieces just left in garden. Nothing applied to front yard, so i called him on seeing this - then on request paid additional to have him come back to get this done. We then still had extra pieces I installed myself, but communication was then an issue as the plan was to return with top dressing within the next month because his supplier was out. Stopped responding to text or calls. Unfortunately, as a small business, he is at a tough disadvantage if anything needs to be compensated. Although he underestimated initially, he made up for it. I paid more than quoted amount, however, and was still under the impression the quoted project would be completed, however he stopped responding for over 2 weeks and considered it finished instead because he felt that compensating one issue made up for not doing the other, though these are two different tasks. We discussed and there was no compromising. I respect his effort and certainly donâ t want to bring down any small businesses but would recommend hiring him with reservations - though you may save on costs, the follow through can be a little harder in his position, especially if supply issues like we experienced.

Matthew Warner was referred to me by my painter. My husband and I have both power washed around the house and pool deck and screen. We have never done nearly as good of a job as Matthew did! He is a very hardworking man. Thank you Matthew!

Extremely knowledgeable, eager, and nice. Very nice to talk to and he knows way more about grass and lawn care than anyone I've met. Most Lawn guys just cut it and thats it, this guy actually knows the species and caretaking of the types as well as how the grass works just by looking at it. Also offers other services such as mulching, hedge trimming etc. Has very good new equipment and works hard.

Matt gave me an estimate to complete a backyard cleanup of overgrown palm trees, weeds, brush, and lots of raking. Matt was professional, but he underbid the job and took on a job that was too big for him to complete. He did not have all the necessary equipment (ax, heavy-duty trimmer, edger) to complete the job as requested. The area around the pool area looked great, but the vines were left in the ground because they were too thick for him to cut. He left the old planters where they were and could not cut the bushes to the low level requested. There 2 other areas that were supposed to be cleared out, the first area he left the bushes in place when he was asked to remove them. Matt was unable to clear the 2nd area due to not having the tools to cut the small trees down. Matt is a hard worker and does do a good job cleaning up overgrown areas, however, he needs some more experience in this area.

Iâ ve never met someone more dedicated to making my yard look so nice. One Source comes by and makes my lawn looking beautiful every two weeks! Itâ s such a help having a few less household tasks to deal with, and to be honest, One Source does a better job than I did anyway for a GREAT price. They work fast, but not too fast to miss the little details. 10/10 recommend!
