(Holbrook, NY) and we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He also made us laugh, which is always a plus. What really stood out was his willingness to let me pick out and purchase all the components on my own – wall tile, floor tile, shower floor tile, and the plumbing. That saved us money and enabled us to customize the look exactly the way we wanted. The other remodelers we talked to tried to steer us into buying exclusively from their affiliated bath product retailers which turned us off. Except for the glass shower door which we had to wait for because it came from a separate vendor, the entire project was completed in 9 days. The results are simply stunning. I wanted a rustic Montana-style bathroom and Louie made my dream a reality. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a beautiful bathroom with so much functionality. Louie was a breeze to work with and we really appreciated his reliability and promptness each and every day. Today I used the new shower for the first time and it was amazing. I don’t think I could be any happier with the outcome. A big thank you to Louie and the team of experts he brought in to assist. So if you’re in the market for a bathroom remodel, talk to all the other remodelers first. Then talk to Louie. I think you’ll be happy you did."

My main bath needed a complete overhaul.  It was long overdue; the tile work around the tub was falling apart.  I called Jeff Hagerman,  owner of Northgate Home Improvement Corp.  He was here the next day.  He provided a detailed list of the job and, what I believe was a fair price.  He was also available to start the work within a week which was very helpful.   Jeff said the job would take 8-9 days, he would be here every day (working and supervising), and the work would be uninterrupted (no running off to other jobs and returning whenever).   Jeff is very professional and easy to work with.  He listens and makes helpful suggestions.  True to his word, the job was finished in 8 days without a glitch and I couldn't be more pleased with the result.  The bathroom is beautiful and the quality of workmanship is evident.  I highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy contractor.

"Great job. Punctual, polite, clean. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Then went the extra step of testing the unit. He found another problem (clogged filter), and took care of that at no charge. Also fixed the door hinge spring at no charge. The absolute best service call I have ever experienced. Can’t recommend him highly enough!!!"
