"This was my second major renovation project with Arta, which in itself speaks volumes. (see Remodeling-General review of 6/28/17). This project was a total gut renovation of a circa early 1930s bathroom. The project went well as did the first one. Andy was accommodating to my design ideas and requests. The bathroom was tiled to the ceiling with two rows of rope tile accent around the entire room, all new bath fixtures, sconces and recessed lighting, medicine cabinet, a SILENT exhaust fan, an in the wall space heater, window shutters and tile floor were installed. Andy also installed a tempered glass wall between the tub and toilet allowing for the installation of a shower curtain pole (eliminating old sliding shower doors). A second door into the bathroom from an adjoining room was removed to create a shallow, multi-shelf bathroom closet with two narrow louvre doors. A wall was installed closing the former door's opening and was painted on the opposite side to a perfect match with the existing paint of the adjoining room. There were some old pipe issues which were easily resolved. Any snags/delays that occurred were caused by independent vendors. Andy goes the extra mile for his customer, is patient and is always a pleasure to deal with. He provides sound advice. I highly recommend Arta Construction and would hire again for my next major project. Also noteworthy, the crew is punctual and remove debris and clean the work area daily."
