We provide a thorough licensed inspection of all areas of your home and follow up with a detailed, easy-to-read professional 20 page report the same day of the inspection, complete with estimates on repairs. We can also provide termite inspection, as well as indoor air quality testing (IAQ) services for mold. In addition, Inspectr. Alain was well informed, pleasant and patient. He explained what tests he thought were necessary to ascertain whether mold was present or not. He answered my many questions, and also told me where he thought that testing was unnecessary. This inspired my confidence in his ability and honesty. The test results came back in the week’s time as had been noted, and they were negative as Alain had predicted. This person/company is the one to hire!

They won't just tell you you have mold if you don't have mold. Very trustworthy and reputable business with a long track record. Alan was the only person who I called that told me that in NY it is a conflict of interest to both test for and remediate mold. WILL RECOMMEND

Alian, came to my house he works for in spectro Inc and was understanding professional quick and gave me the best deal that help me to get my problem addressed and identified while working with my budget as I am on social security disability. He literally was an angel sent out me. Would recommend him for any more project big or small as he did all the professional air sampling as well as visible sampling of mold gave me the report and then went beyond and gave a follow-up letter explain to my old landlord what had to be done in plain English which helps greatly God bless him and thank you. To be clear - I did not use the service of Inspectro in my home but rather my Aunt's home. Allen did the testing and found that the ducts required cleaning but there was no mold. However, we are still not sure as to why my aunt developed the asthma-like pulmonary difficulties. That said, my cousins were satisfied with Inspector's work.
