"Ralphie of AR AIR Corp is the best HVAC technician we've ever had since owning heat pumps for over 3 decades, we're so pleased to have a service contract with AR AIR CORP so we will never have deal with a unskilled technician like last week when the Condenser stopped working in the heat wave with 95 temps I'm my house . The former technician who couldn't find the control board part that I easily found online and missed all other problems in the unit leaving a mess of wires . It took 3 hours in the hot sun Ralphie figured all the problems out in the Condenser and got it working again. Ralphie went out his way to help us because my husband has Parkinson's and he felt for us in his condition and that he is kind person who cares ! Ralphie explains everything in detail and has shown us as the owner of AR AIR CORP IS HE HONEST AND RELIABLE , I will highly recommend AR AIR CORP to my neighbors and friends and put their Business card in HOA CLUBHOUSE . "Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"
