My furnace was leaking all over the cellar floor when I called Petro at 9 PM on Sunday night - turned out I needed a new expansion tank and relief valve. Petro had a tech here within an hour. Tommy Polizzi, Jr. (Tech #83), was professional, courteous, and kind as he explained what was needed and why, then made the replacements, again, within an hour. Thank you, Tommy, and thank you, Petro.

Alex R. Tech 229, was an amazing technician with superior skills. He told me what his expert opinion was and now I'm planning for a replacement. I did not feel pushed or rushed, he cleaned my furnace and vents perfectly and told me I had some years for replacement and he was committed to making sure petro could save us some money. Petro technician, Rene 403, came on time and answered all my brother's questions. He did a thorough cleaning and our old furnace had an efficiency rating of 88 percent. Was very satisfied with the results!

I have had a service contract with them for over 30 years. oil is alway delivered in a timely manner. They service the boiler and come out to fix problems that may arise. Sometimes they are there before the phone is hung up, other times it takes a while, but its always fixed. THey are a huge company, but, still seem to have a small family feel, which is what I like most. I can always reach them, and, the reps try their best to be helpful. Can not say they are not pricey but the extra pennies are worth it in the end.

Petro was overwhelmed with calls so responses were from one to three days. It required three attempts, then we fixed the problem ourselves. Many attempts were necessary to even get through to them on the phone. Petro does not put antifreeze in the oil they deliver nor do they suggest that it be done by the homeowner.

Both went very well. Service people arrived in the window scheduled or earlier in one case. Good explanations of what needed doing and speedy replacement.had me up and running, one event happened on Thanksgiving and they still came out promptly. I do have a service contract and have been with them 37 years. a good company.

The men did and EXCELLENT job! The old furnace was huge and very heavy. It was a challenging job. The new unit was put in and the job completed on time. Last, but not least the work space was left neat as a pin!

great- from boiler cleanings to trying to find out why the heat in these 1921 steam radiators isen't reaching the bathroom. The oil is delivered in a timely manner and I get to negotiate my contract and have payments spread across the year. It's great. I like them

The technician was a real professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and set about to correct the issue and get us back to full service. As it happens there is a small quirk with the particular furnace and he went through two pieces of equipment of different voltages. He reached out to his colleagues for consultation who suggested a remedy. It required him going to meet another technician for a specific part, but off he went and quickly returned, installed the part and had the furnace operable. We were and are in good hands with Petro. We have heat which we appreciate. Since we have an annual service contract there was no cost.
