Our washer was not emptying to the cesspool, was backing up and draining to the basement floor, we researched a few cesspool companies and was impressed with the reviews and lack of complaints thru Angie's List and the BBB. From the 1st phone call, they were friendly, courteous and prompt.

When the technician came he assessed the problem, pumped out 1000 gallons and told us we would need a new pool. The pools are 45 years old, made of cinderblock and were approx. 20 feet down. He gave us a price, we scheduled the work.

They arrived on time and when they opened the pool it was almost full, again They ran into a few problems and solved them (no additional cost to us). The work was completed to our satisfaction I would highly recommend this company. Everyone was efficient, did what was expected in a highly proficient manner. The crew and owner very friendly, took their time to explain everything and my son in law has made a new friend!

They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. "The guy who came was nice, and very thorough. He snaked the drain with his drain unclogging gizmo all the way down the drain pipe. What more can you say, He called right away when I asked on the app for someone, I expected him to say well its Friday night Ill be there Monday He said he would be right over. And he was!! "Joe was a total professional for the job at my house. We had an issue with our shower- it wouldn’t turn off without shutting off the water main. Joe arrived on time and called me to let me know he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem quickly and went to several different places to find the replacement shower cartridge needed for my shower. He installed the new cartridge quickly and put the shower lever back together for me. He didn’t charge any extra money for the time it took to find the cartridge. Will definitely call again if I need a plumber."

"Water was backing up on the first floor. The job was completed in two trips. Reaching them and setting up appoint was easy. Person on phone was nice. They came to evaluate the next day telling me what they had to do. Office called to setup for work to be done. "Pipe clogged in basement which could not be reach". The following day they came out to cut a pipe was told clog was out side and was no clean out. The outside has three clean outs so and I have insurance policy for that so not trilled with the change in the answer. I did want a clean out in the basement so happy that was done. After they left the problem was not fixed called office and they sent someone right out to finish the job. I did not find out what the issue was that required a second trip but again work was completed and has been fine and I have my clean out. Note there is an extra credit card percentage fee that was not told on the front end. I did not ask if there was but also was not told until work was completed. I would hire again but would ask alot more questions."

"The job went amazingly well. I had a situation with my bathroom sink leaking from a very dated renovation. I’m not in town so I reached out to Angi. Several plumbers were supposed to give me a quote but within minutes I got a response from Alpha Plumbing. Matt is awesome and when I explained my issue and sent him pictures he gave me several options and was extremely helpful in me making my final decision. He even went out of his way to go to Lowe’s send me pictures and let me decide on the vanity He was absolutely professional and very transparent. No pressure type guy. That type of customer service is priceless and I’d recommend him over and over. I live in Maryland and my house in NY is where the issue was so we did everything via phone!! I’m glad that’s done and done very well. Thank you Matt! You relived a lot of stress off of my plate!"

"For my Massapequa house, he applied the chemical to my walls in the downstairs of my high ranch house and the entire two car garage. He cleaned an area in the garage where there was a drainage pipe that led out from the house. My tenant left a lot of his belongings scattered in the downstairs as well as a whole garage full of stuff (I told the tenant to get rid of the stuff but of course he did not) and Guy and his crew put everything in clear large plastic bags and put them aside in a neat pile! I can't believe that they did this at no extra charge to me! Most companies would have walked off the job and said we'll come back when this is all cleared. The he used HEPA air cleaners at the house and the garage for 3 days and cam back for the equipment 3 days later. My post test came back stellar!! NEGLIGIBLE MOLD SPORE COUNTS! My Oceanside house which belongs to my husband was another story, we had 4 feet of water for a whole week before we were able to get someone to come and pump us out. So you can imagine the damages. The size of the basement was 1750 square feet and he charged us 3700.00. We got quotes of 10,000.00 from one company and with no warranty!!! We are financially strapped and could not have afforded to do it for ten grand! Guy did the same exact procedure for our Oceanside house but the post test still came back high 2 times! Guy came back each time and the last time, he found an area in the bathroom where there was mold growth behind the tiles of the vanity, (the first company we used to gut out the basement did not do their job properly). Well he removed all the insulation and areas of mold and retreated the whole area, leaving the machines for 4 days. AND AT NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR REMOVAL OF THE BATHROOM TILES AND VANITY!
