"Amilcar was patient, friendly and professional. He wasn't rushed while working and he was very concerned that I'd be completely satisfied with the outcome of the repairs he made to my carpet as well as the re-installation of my carpet, before accepting payment! His price was more than fair and competitive with the other estimates I received. He never once tried to upcharge me (as some professionals do - after they arrive). I whole heartedly recommend Amilcar of Best Flooring! I'm very satisfied with his work and price."

"We are very happy & pleased with our carpet selection, purchase, installation and especially the personalized customer service provided by North Star Carpet . The carpet is beautiful-thick and luxurious . The owners are top notch. Pete Harris, even ordered us more carpet to fix an area that wasn't perfect. He came back, took care of our problem, himself, until it met our satisfaction. I will definetly recommend North Star Carpet to my friends."

"Dwayne did an amazing job installing my carpet. He was very professional. I will definitely recommend him."

"Wonderfully well. A specialist in stretching came in first and removed every bump. The owner Nathan, did the cleaning himself. He called the following day and ask how it was. I told him that the carpet looked great but there were a couple of spots that came up when it dried. Nathan immediately made arrangements to follow up with a visit to my home. He was a pleasure to deal with!"
