I had my carpets cleaned today by Crystal ChemDry in Plainview. I am very pleased. Workers arrived on time and did a thorough and excellent job! Carpets look brand new. Very professional, knowledgable, friendly and polite staff/workers. Process to set up appointment with Cathy was very easy. I highly recommend and will be using them again!

Prompt, professional, polite. Just perfect. They showed up on-time. Did amazing work, using "elbow grease" and machines. They got out stains no one else could. The carpet was damp when they left, not soaking wet. Highly recommend!

I've used them for 10 years. They are honest and punctual and do a great job. I use them at least twice a year and depending on how much they clean the price can vary but they are very reasonable.

I needed them to come that day because I had spilled something on the rug and they were there in no time at all. They are very reliable and the price was reasonable too. They provide great service and the worker was professional and thorough. I was very happy.

I WAS PLEASED WITH CRYSTAL'S SERVICE. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE JUST AN HOUR TO DRY AND IT TOOK THE ENTIRE DAY. I THINK THAT WAS CAUSED BY THEM PUTTING MORE EFFORT INTO THE SPOTS THROUGHOUT THE CARPET.
