They did not always come when they said and did cake when I wasn’t expecting them. If you have a VERY clear expectation of what you need these guys are great. I had a few odd things and apparently didn’t explain exactly what I wanted. They are drywall guys and not contractors. I also expected the room to be cleaned up and ready to paint when I was done. It wasn’t. I had to spend a lot of time wiping down the walls and cleaning joint compound off the floor. Even a once over with a vacuum would have been nice. I do feel I got what I paid for and they did get back to me within days."

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

The technician arrived on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They made sure the area was protected and left everything clean once the job was completed. I appreciated how thorough the inspection was and the time they took to answer our questions.
