"He doesn't start working until 11am. Gave me a price of $1200 for the job then after we agreed he tacked on another $100 because he had to remove the junk from the premises ( thought that would be obvious. Why would I want the stuff / furniture/ junk just put out on the front lawn?) Finally, when the job was done he told me it was $1400 !!! I completely disagreed with him and only paid him the $1300 but it bothered me that he tried to goose it up a little bit for more money. Very good clean out however. Very nice man. I would use him again for a job but be mindful of the pricing."
