However. the job required additiaonl costs that were not realized, so we waved the costs off. Overall, very please with Matt's professionalism, communication and personality. "Jose & Sammy were terrific. I watched to see how they were going to handle power washing the pool deck and patio with the massive amount of furniture on them. But they patiently carried every single piece to the driveway, lined them up and began power washing every piece. The furniture was cleaner than it has been since it was new. The power wash buffer they used on the concrete deck, patio and pavers did an amazing job, with minimal mess. The end result was again amazing. I hadn't seen the concrete that bright since the first year we opened the pool. They continued to do the front deck, the white railings, the front paver walkway and finished the job by power washing the entire house. They worked non-stop to complete this project in one day. I addition, Jose made some small repairs to the siding on the house and both he & Sammy carried a huge box with a fire pit to be assembled from the garage to the pool deck. I was in a time crunch to get this project done before the weekend. i called their office and Alan, the owner, cam to my house within an hour and gave me an estimate. I signed the contract via email that night and the work began the following day and was completed that evening. A great job by everyone involved. The price may have been a touch on the heavy side but I told Alan that I needed it done right away and he delivered, so you need to pay for that. I would highly recommend Westside to anyone based on this experience.

"Mr. Andriani visited my property and spent a fair amount of time determining what work needed to be done. He then provided what I considered a be a fair price to perform the tree service required. On the day of the service he and a professional climber, Richard, again discussed with me what needed to be done and proceeded with the trimming. During the day we continually had conversations on my satisfaction with their work so far and what still needed to be done. At the end of the day I was very pleased with the trimming and felt that I had been dealing with professionals. Alexis in the office was great in getting everything organized and answered all of our questions. Customer service was excellent, great communication and follow up. Rolando really really nice guy and for the roof crew, what can I say. WOW!! They were great and started promptly 7am, I have decent size roof, the whole job completed in one day. 2 layer tear off, roof, fascia, soffits, gutters!!!! Amazing !! Plus, their attention to detail and highly very impressed with the clean up afterwards. The guys went around several times while cleaning up, collecting stray nails, raked additional debris out of my lawn and leaf blower for the rest. I definitely recommend LUNA SIDING and ROOFING! "Pete responded to my Home Advisor request immediately and showed up when promised. He had to work in some awkward spots around the outside of the house, but did the work efficiently and took care not to damage plants and objects. His painting was skillful and neat, and his cleanup at the end was thorough. He and his assistant were very friendly and made sure they had done everything we wanted before leaving."
