"Your stress is self-inflicted. You expected a vacant, heavily flea-ridden house to be free of fleas in 3 days after treatment. We were there on Friday, you called on that following Monday, upset that you still had fleas in the house. There is not an exterminator in the world that would promise a 3-day turnaround as the products take much, much longer to work, especially with a heavy infestation. They don't work faster just because you WANT them to. You were unhappy because we couldn't magically make your fleas disappear in 3 days. Respect is earned. Your tantrums, treatment of our staff, and weaponizing of the review platforms gained you none. No one lied to you. We extended credit to you, in good faith, even though we have never done business with you, we scheduled a complimentary return visit well before we were supposed to return just to placate you, and your response was to stand us up. Your expectations are unrealistic. Good luck finding a pest control company that will fill your needs."

After my initial call, my next door neighbor was stung badly by hornets in a nest in her front bushes. I suggested that she contact Target and see if they could take care of her problem while they were at my house. She did so, and they fixed her problem while they were out.
"I apologize, but I am completely confused by this review. The customer states that they would not recommend our company, but they would hire us again. I have no idea what "the trap they put out is an apple orchard" means. We do not trap bees. If someone lives near an orchard they may have a higher population of bees and wasps around them.. We exterminate existing populations on the structure and repel them for the rest of the year. We come out at no charge for the remainder of the year for any recalls or follow-ups.. Our bee and wasp treatment is seasonal, meaning our application will control flying and stinging insects throughout the year, but breaks down and becomes ineffective over the winter, thus requiring a new application annually in the spring for another year of control. We do not, nor have we ever promised to kill bees and wasps in the surrounding neighborhood of the customer. There is not a product available in our industry that can be applied once and will forever continuously repel and kill bees year after year. Most of our customers get this, and understand why they need a new application every spring. If a homeowner is looking for someone to come out and spray for bees once and never have them again to "cure" their bee and wasp issues, they undoubtedly will be disappointed that service does not exist ....anywhere."
