They did a great job all the way around. The did it here and then our next door neighbors saw it and they didn't even talk to me, they saw what they were doing and they had them come and do their yard too. I don't have any idea about price, they just had everything I wanted and they were able to come on very short notice and do it.

I made an inquiry through their online contact system. A reply was sent to me via email with a suggested appointment date and time. I conformed the appointment and requested an estimate and was told the basic charge was $85 per hour plus parts. Any major repairs would not be done but another estimate would be provided. A technician came at the appointed time. He found a large leak caused by a tree root. He tried to fix it but ran out of time (due to another appointment). He did a complete walk around of the yard and found another leak and 2 leaking sprinkler heads. He did have time to repair these items. He called later to setup a follow up appointment. I was disappointed that it was a little over 10 days but they did work me into their schedule and came 4 days before that time. The leak was repaired during this visit. The technician was very nice and invited me to walk around with him if I wanted and showed me the leaks before any repair work started. I was very pleased with the service and reasonable cost for the 2 visits.

They worked until they had tried and tested everything and they ended up having to replace the box that runs the system.  It was still under warranty and the call cost me nothing. 
They were polite and professional and efficient. I will use them again.

I have used them before as well. Their cost was reasonable. They are prompt, they are professional, they don't over charge, their prices are fair, and they are a good company. They have been around for over 20 years, because I installed the system 20 years ago.

My dealings with Wilson were professional from beginning to end. I got 3 bids and they were not the lowest. One company bid the job at $2,000. I was ready to use him when I googled his company. It was not pretty. The third bid was for $5,500. I have a small yard. I chose wilson and they did the job in one day.

I feel I got a top of the line experience at a reasonable price.

My yard had several dead spots which were the result of the sprinkler system not adequately covering all areas of the yard.  Wilson Irrigation came out within a few days and discussed what needed to be done to get full coverage.  Their price seemed reasonable based on other sprinkler work I had had done last year so I agreed to the price.  They agreed to come out early the following week but indicated that they had a previous commitment so they would have to leave by 10am.  They had vehicle issues (flat tire) and showed up about 30 minutes late but they called and let me know what was happening.  They did most of the work but ran out of time and materials to complete the job.  They arranged to come back two days later and complete the work.  They showed up on time and completed the work promptly.  I was very pleased with the quality of the work and with how quickly they accomplished what turned out to be a significant amount of work.  I appreciated them expediting the work so that my yard could start to recover from the hot, dry summer and the uneven watering by my sprinkler system.  Considering the short time frame I had requested, I was extremely pleased with the scheduling and with the work.

The first time we called in 2011, they were short staffed and we had to wait several weeks to get someone out. The guy was extremely knowledgeable, but couldn't finish the job in the time allotted. It took another month to get him back out. He did great work, though. In 2012, we had a broken main valve with broken pieces spread throughout the system. This time, we had someone out the next day. Different guy than the first time, but again very knowledgeable. He got everything working, but then a few weeks later, one of the valves got stuck again. The first guy came out and concluded that pieces from the original broken valve were responsible, he cleaned it out, also fixing another unrelated but new problem, all at no charge. Everything has been working great since. I think our 2011 experience was a temporary staffing problem given the other great reviews and how well everything went in 2012. Their guys know their business, are friendly, professional, and on-time.

Kevin O’Brien came to help me out.  He was very professional.  He lives right in Pflugerville, and he’s a family man, which I really like about the company.  The price above is for the complete sprinkler system in the front and the back.  He impressed me with his water management skills, calculating the expected rainfall per week and gallons we would need.  The whole system is programmed automatically and it’s worked out perfectly.  I’m a real do-it-yourself person, and I’ve installed systems myself in the past, but I’ve never been this good at setting the exact amount of water it sends.  There is no wasted water or overwatering with the system.  This is totally unheard of for a sprinkler company, and I was very impressed.  I wouldn’t do without it now.  He would come to me right away if we needed documents or any help.  He really went the extra mile for us.

Wilson Irrigation is a good company, and I'll definitely use them again in the future.  This was a small job and they were able to come out and do the job in less than an hour.  I've worked with them in the past and always found them easy to work with and professional.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

We selected Wilson Irrigation after comparing a couple of companies. Our decision was based on product used, price, and most importantly positive reviews on the Angie's list. We are very happy with our decision one month after the project is done. Kevin from the company is very professional and helpful throughout the project. He answered our questions patiently and the estimate was clear. The crew was professional as well. After we added new sods, Kevin came back to adjust the sprinkler heads to ensure water coverage for the new grass. We highly recommend Wilson Irrigation.

Everything went well. There was a slight wait on the plans to be drawn up, but installation went well, and the support afterwards has been great. Wilson setup the sprinkler schedule and explained it thoroughly to me. They even came back to make an adjustment after planting and moving a few bushes. I probably have the most advanced system on the block.

They were prompt, and very professional.  Mario explained everything.  Besides addressing the sprinkler head, we had some issues with water pressure because we had reduced our water pressure.  He suggested 3 possibilities to address this, with the least cost to try first - replacing some nozzles.  It worked great, and he didn't have to go any further.  We have used them for years and they are always professional, prompt and do an excellent job.  I highly recommend them.
