The Bug Man

Problem started when landlord told him where my key was so he went in. Move things around drilled holes front sidewalk even in the house, screen room, I had been at the doctor cuz I had been sick for 6 weeks with bronchitis and I asked him what he was using . Taurus. it's not supposed to be sprayed inside he didn't care that I might be allergic to it oh well he said. He sprayed outside where I grow monarch butterflies and now they're all dying as they hatch. I asked him what he sprayed inside, I don't have to answer you he said twice. And then he called me a name. I wrote the owner of the company a two-page letter explaining all of this I have heard nothing and that was almost a month ago. David is not allowed back at my house. Now no one is allowed in my house unless I'm present. I have rented for 11 years with no issues till now. will tell other people about the issue. Don't know $. Have no idea what damage to my lungs from the poison sprayed behind my tub.

It's always the last day of the month every 3rd month. I have 2100 sq feet and they spray the inside and outside. They call to make the appointments. They remind me that's it time. They'll even text me if I ask them too just to remind me of the next day that they're coming. So it's great followup.   

I don't think that's a whole lot for that much treatment. I think they're top quality and really good to work with. I never see any bugs so that is a good thing. They're right on top of it. They're usually within an hour of when they say they will be.

They are professional and thorough and very helpful in explaining everything they do and why. (Especially when we first called them and we were new to Florida!) They come for follow up quickly whenever we have an issue.

Two different technicians treated our home in three separate treatments for some VERY stubborn ants. Each person was very knowledgeable and was able to communicate that knowledge to us very clearly so we knew what to expect and what to do or not do. We're staying with this company!

Placed a call for a quote and had someone out same day and they were able to treat my home right then. Great service and very thorough. They took their time and answered any question I had. Well worth the price which is a 1/3 of the cost of your national chains and way better services!!! A+!!!

The owner and his employee completed the job on time and with a professional attitude during the termite treatment. I highly recommend the "Bug Man" company team to homeowners with termite problems. I give them a solid "A" grade across all areas including politeness and courteousness. They also wore booties (shoe covers) when entering our home.

He have us a method to check for fleas prior to his service. This would have potentially removed the service if none were found. An honest way to do business. We did finally make use of his service and were pleased with results.

They are fantastic. My best friend?s son is a part owner of a pest control company locally and I used him before for sometime and used Bugman prior to them. I had nothing but ongoing problems with spiders on the outside and ants on the inside and then wound up with a flea infestation in the house. It was a mess and they attempted to treat a couple of times and used something on the lawn they shouldn?t and we were accomplishing nothing. I called up Frank the Bugman and handled the garage which they said I could not have and came out within an hour and treated the garage. After that there wasn?t a flea in the house and the next day he came and saw that it was okay for animals. He did the treatment on the house and there was not another flea and then did the annual service and I did not have any spiders outside or ants inside. I have had nothing to complain about for a year and he also happens to do termite inspection for my buyers because I am a relator. My house it about 21,000 square feet and I paid $275 on that work, so it depends on the size of your house.

Absolutely wonderful! Upon hearing how upset and frustrated I was (was also doing a home improvement project at the same time) the owner came immediately to take care of the garage and the next day to do the house for the fleas. Gone right away - no repeat treatment or anything needed. A technician came the next week to do annual treatment for which I had previously had an issue with ants around the garden tub and outside spiders and now no probelms with either. Highly recommend to others!
