Our company is a partnership and we are also are the sub contractors for summerset homes as well as american homes. Billing procedures are based on the type of job that we are hired to do and we do not offer financing options. We require half of the total amount up front and the rest when the job has been completed. We also warranty all of our work for one year as long as its normal wear and tare or due to weather.

I am owner/operator & we treat your house like it's our own. While I work on it, you are not a number to us, you are a part of the Ace family. I do have sub-contractors work for me for things that Ace doesn't do but we are all one big family of good friends. I use the same sub-contractors all the time, most have been lifelong friends. I offer senior citizen discounts and this is determined by the job or time and materials. We won't tell you something needs fixing if it really doesn't. I started pulling nails at 5 years old for my grandfather and have been in the construction field ever since.
