Got three proposals and went with Schedel. Very satisfied. Their honesty, flexibility, and punctuality were commendable. Unlike other contractors, they don't listen to the radio while working. Their quote included relabeling the circuit breakers, a plus since other contractors charge extra. Finally, their quote was significantly lower than the other two contractors. And the payment terms were flexible, to say the least."

We did not use him as my mother-in-law found someone else at the same time we were talking to Mr. Woods, but we were impressed that he was concerned about not taking on too many clients and really wanted to know what our needs were and explained what he would and could provide. Unsure he could do it, he suggested tips on the type of contractor we should use and quesions to ask (e.g., do they have a rubber tipped blade to get closer to the cement on an uneaven surface).
