However, when you have us and another company at your house at the same time looking at the job it becomes a conflict of interest. I apologize that you are upset, but working up estimates takes a lot of time and it was very obvious that you were looking for the cheapest way out, not the best way to get the job done. Remember, good work isn't cheap, but cheap work is never good. Best of luck moving forward ."

"Is this guy for real. He did ask for an estimate and we did tell him that we would prefer to come over and see it rather than try and quote something over the phone. We did tell him between the hours of 8:00-4:00 Monday through Friday, he said fine let me check with my tenants. He calls back a week later and asked us to come AFTER work at around 6:00 pm because that's when his tenants are done with there day. The way I see it, after work is exactly that, AFTER work. If you want to be home with your family, so do we. Especially to provide a free estimate. If my guys put in a full day and have to work overtime then obviously they need to get paid for the extra hours worked. As you can also tell, mathematics obviously is not his strength. 8:00-4:00 is an eight hour day times five days a week is a 40 hour work week genius. So before you complain about scheduling a free estimate get your facts straight and perhaps a calculator!!!"

In regards to the stoppage in the sink. We did make an attempt and were unsuccessful and indeed recommend you to [Member Information Removed] DRAIN CLEANING company NOT another plumber. Drain cleaning companies have different snakes with different attachments to handle certain situations. I find it to be quite beneficial and so do the majority of our customers that we are willing to provide them with another company in order to handle there stoppages if we are unsuccessful. I apologize that you were unhappy. We try and provide honest, prompt, professional service but since the plumber didn't have his suite on, we were behind the 8 ball the minute he walked in and could have NEVER satisfied you."
