I needed a new slop sink installed and a pedestal sink. John was here on time each day and took his time to do the job right. I needed pipes moved into the wall for the slop sink which he informed me of before doing any work. I have used A&N multiple times and they are always fair on price and flexible on timing. My go to plumbers.

I can't say enough good things about this company. With everything going on in the city right now my mom's bathtub drain went from slow to not running at all. It's my mom's only bathroom and I was worried we would have bigger problems. A & N got someone to look that afternoon, it was a bigger job than I had though it was going to be but they came back the next morning. There was a few hours worth of work. As usual the work is neat and clean and expertly done. They did have to cut one hole in the sheetrock and the plumbers left me a perfect 12" square hole so it will be easy to repair or access panel. These guys are always excellent!

Outstanding! First, they were able to send someone to my house within an hour. When the gentleman (whose name I didn't get - I'm sorry) arrived and examined the problem, it wasn't a leak after all. It turned out the part that draws water into the toilet was running continuously, causing the coldest water to fill the tank & bowl. Because it's been so hot & humid, the extremely cold water created condensation, which dripped all over the floor. replaced the part

John & Devon arrived right within the promised time window. They quickly found the leak (from the tub drain). Unfortunately there was still some lead piping in the bathroom that they warned me was fragile to begin with - and of course, when they were replacing the tub drain, one of the lead pipes developed a hairline crack (it wasn't their fault, it's the nature of a 94-year-old house). They had to run to the supply store several times over many hours but eventually fixed both problems successfully and now there is no lead piping left in the bathroom system, which makes future repairs much less stressful. They cleaned up after themselves completely and were pleasant the entire time, not minding explaining to me how certain things work as they fixed them. I have used A&N several times now and I will continue to use them.

A&N Plumbing is a great company and have become our go-to people to call when we have plumbing issues. When we bought our house, the bathtub faucet had been disconnected due to damage to the 1920s era valve. Every plumber we asked about it said there was nothing that they could do until we asked A&N and they said, "no guarantees, but we'll take it back to the shop and see if we can figure something out." Well, they did it and no our daughter can take baths again.

A&N Plumbing is a great company and have become our go-to people to call when we have plumbing issues. We first hired them to disconnect the hot water radiators in our home. Not only was their price lower than the quotes from other plumbers, they added second valves to all of the radiators, and completed the job much more quickly than the other plumbers estimated that it would take them.

I sent a message on Monday morning and received a call back a few hours later. An appointment was scheduled for the next day and the work complete within a few hours. Overall very responsive and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and everything cleaned up upon completion. I will be using these guys for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Called to have gas line installed. I called and explained the work i needed done. I received a call back saying they could be there same day. Price was in-line with other contractors. replaced old stove valve and installed new one within 2 hours.

The original plumber that was recommended to me by a friend over a week earlier never returned my call to set up a day to do the installation so my son recommended that I look to Angie's List. I did and found this highly rated company called them on a Sunday expecting to get an answering machine or service to leave a message. In this case the owner picked up the call and said he could have someone to my home the next day (Monday morning). They arrived at my home at 8:45 AM removed the old broken disposal and installed the the new unit. The two plumbers completed the work in about 45 minutes. They were extremely polite and efficient and would definitely call them again.

I used them and was very happy with them. I will recommend them and use them, again.

Mixed review: Pros: Quality of work, responsiveness, punctuality, knowledge, professionalism all fine. Willing to come to my home in advance at no charge to inspect problem and offer solutions. Sent written proposal of work and fee and when hired, showed up on time and did all required work efficiently and well. One big negative: Price! Only one person at company authorized to submit quote for work and to discuss price with. Received advance quote of $825 for prospective job; price presumably based on assumption that it would take several hours of labor by two-man crew. Turns out that actual job was performed in under an hour by two men. One hour, equals two man-hours of labor only. No parts necessary at all; all labor. Called owner (Anthony) to ask if price quoted could be adjusted lower since the time required was far less than anticipated. He lowered price by $75 to $750 total. Thus, I wound up paying equivalent of $375/hour for each of the two men who performed the work. I think the reduction was far less than it should have been to reach a reasonable per-hour rate for plumbing labor. Paid the amount asked for but felt a bit ripped off after the fact.
