"This is my third, VERY POSITIVE experience with Westside.   My initial experience now almost 3 years ago, was a complete gutter system including gutter hoods for my 2-story home.  I couldn't have been more satisfied from start to finish.  Alan was prompt,
courteous, efficient and helpful in the decision-making process.  Jose and the installation crew were neat, courteous and
professional.  Over the ensuing seasons, the gutter system functioned perfectly as Alan stated it would, including weathering 
one notable harsh winter with severe ice and snow loads.  I don't miss cleaning out my gutters anymore.    A year later, my
second positive experience was a gutter/gutter hood installation a detached garage.  The same scenario: prompt, professional, courteous, efficient service.   Both times Alan followed up to make certain I was satisfied.  Both installations were done properly, 
and on time as per the estimates.  This year I recommended Westside to my sister who had a gutter hood system installed on

gutter hood sustained damage when a large chunk of melting ice slammed down on it from a solar panel atop the second 
story.  Alan replaced the damaged section at no cost to me!   I was fully prepared and willing to pay for the cost of those repairs.  
The damage was clearly an incident outside of warranty.   Alan refused to accept payment stating his only concern was my
long term satisfaction.   How many businesses can you think of who would do that for a customer?
