Alex showed up right on time--maybe even a minute or 2 early and was very professional and knowledgeable. He accommodated all my special requests, was obviously very good at what he does and was very customer service oriented. He actually probably did a bit more area than was part of the special without me even asking. When finished, Alex checked back with me to make sure I was satisfied and even offered to come back if I noticed any ares that had not come clean. No need for that as he did a great job even getting out some spots/stains that we had been unable to get out with those spray carpet cleaners.
