Juan was great to talk with and showed true compassion and understanding when I explained my central air wasnâ t cooling and the temperature in the house had risen to mid 80â s by then. He had his Tech Daniel here later that day. I was blown away by Danielâ s knowledge and the way he explained things and educated me on what the issue was. Iâ ve used many of the bigger companies over the years and I can tell you that I have never experienced this level of customer service before. From start to finish the entire experience was great. I highly recommend JJB Mechanical!"
