"Cole was very professional and the service call was arranged immediately. I have every confidence that he did a great job cleaning our gutters. Very reasonable as well."

"Great outcome. Showed up early and got the projects done. Very fair pricing and professional."

"Dave did an excellent job removing two old light fixtures and replacing them with new ones. He arrived on time, and with everything he needed to complete the installations. He worked very neatly and cleaned up afterwards. I definitely would recommend him."

"My husband and I hired a KAMMS Construction company to replace some of the ducts in our basement. The inspector explained the procedure to us, and we were delighted with the work and the estimate. But what we liked most about this company was that they discovered some damaged and badly deteriorated ducts, which weren't on the schedule. They recommended that the most efficient solution was to replace them, and everything went perfectly. It was truly those little details that left us very satisfied. I highly recommend this company."

"Great communication and attention to detail. Matt performed the work within the requested time frame and was respectful of my property. I definitely recommend him and will use him again. I gave the value for the money 4 stars because the charge seemed high, but it may not be - I did not get any other estimates, so I could be wrong about that. All home repairs seem high."

"We needed additional storage in our garage. David built a loft that added lots of storage in previously unusable space. He also helpfully suggested lights that we had not thought of. The job was done quickly, efficiently and on time for a very affordable price. We will be hiring Dave again when we need an other projects done."

"Tony is a consummate professional. He responds promptly and he does what he says he’ll do. He is direct and clear about pricing. When he assesses a project he is thorough and examines every detail, pointing out each aspect before he starts. His work is meticulous. The end result is excellent. His end-of-day clean-up is the best I’ve seen. I highly recommend Tony!"
