It was great working with the Genesis Pro Painting Team, especially with the wonderful production managers, Vanessa Da Rosa and Rodrigo Maior, and the kind and hardworking painters, Ricardo and Gean. I wanted the very best because this is my parents’ home that we’ll be listing soon. Genesis Pro Painting came highly recommended by two different contractors that I worked with, and so it was the obvious choice. I had a number of interior and exterior items in the house painted. The most complicated item on the list was a total makeover of our boiler room. Our boiler room was in rough shape and resembled a scary dungeon. It was decorated with cobwebs, with nooks and crannies that were difficult to paint, and had a concrete floor with some old peeling paint all over. The team not only painted our boiler room but added drywall to areas that needed it. The boiler room is so beautiful now that it is now, oddly, one of my favorite spaces in the house! The painters were very friendly, kind, neat and hardworking. They came promptly around 8am every day and worked all day. They cleaned up their areas every day. And they removed their shoes when working inside the house. My mom is a senior where her safety is my concern and I found the painters to be kind and trustworthy and I felt comfortable with them being at home with Mom. The communication with production manager Vanessa Da Rosa, was excellent and it was delightful to work with her. Vanessa stopped by our house twice a day to survey the painters’ work which really impressed me. In addition, she would make daily runs to the store to buy the paints and materials for the project. I loved receiving her daily updates at the end of each day where she listed all of the items that were completed that day and the items to be worked on the following day. I texted Vanessa daily with comments, questions and additional items to paint, including on weekends, and she always responded to me immediately. She and the team were very patient with me as I kept adding items to the list to paint. There were a couple of times where the paint wasn’t matching the wall’s existing paint, and Vanessa had the painters redo the painting until it was a 100% match. I am really grateful to Vanessa for the standard of perfection that she kept for my parents’ home. I actually had Covid while the painters were working at home, but the team didn’t complain about this and they worked hard at the project, regardless of this, to completion. I highly recommend the Genesis Pro Painting team and I look forward to working with them in the future!

I highly recommend Genesis Pro Painting. Genesis and his team provide “white-glove” service from the very beginning. Their online booking system is user-friendly and quick. I received information immediately confirming my appointment and another email detailing what to expect during it. Genesis himself arrived at my home to assess the project. The quote I received was amazing not only in its price but in its detail. There was no room for surprise charges. Robert and his crew were on time every day. Everyone was professional, friendly, and respectful. My property was left neat and clean every evening. I was sent an electronic update every evening that included photos of the work done. I’ve never hired a contractor with better communication or professionalism. I’m very nit-picky and they are very meticulous. My house looks amazing. Just hire them.

There's an excellent reason that Genesis receives such great reviews: he and his team do outstanding work, meet their scheduled dates, clean up completely and charge a reasonable price. As a bonus, they're all a pleasure to work with. An A+ experience from beginning to end.

He misapplied the staiin. Put in writing that he would come back in Spring to re-do. He never respoinded. Finally months later when contacte4d he said he changed his mind. HIs warrany is worthless.

Genesis stands by his work, has a high attention to detail and delivers a beautiful finished job. The day our deck was stained it rained shortly after and some areas remained spotted after drying. I had already paid in full. Genesis came over the next business day and quickly agreed to take care of the spots but also noticed other areas that were not up to his high standard. He re-did the entire deck, including completely re-sanding it. He spent a lot of time to re-train his staff and checked in frequently. It means a lot when a company has the integrity to stand by their work. I'm sure I could have found a company to do the work for slightly less but I don't think another company would have handled a problem so well. We do not hesitate to recommend Genesis and his team.

Excellent service. Painters were punctual, respectful and very thorough. We are selling our home and needed some touch up painting done before the first showing. Genesis was able to respond quickly to our request. I definitely would hire again and recommend highly.

We hired Genesis Pro Painting to repaint our house and we are very happy with the work they did. Genesis is very professional and thorough. He stopped by every day to check on the progress and came back one year later to make sure the paint job was holding up (it is). His crew are friendly and hard-working. They were not the cheapest estimate we received, but I believe they were worth the price. I highly recommend them.

Genesis took the time to do the job correctly - including pressure washing, priming, and using a good quality paint for decks. The deck looks great and I will definitely use them again.

Genesis Pro Painting was incredibly professional.  He was very clear at the very beginning about costs, he came out to give us an estimate, he showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner, and then followed up with an email and a handwritten note.  And, the deck looks lovely.  What a relief.  A bit pricey, but the professionalism and lack of headache was worth every penny!

Genesis Pro Painting is the best!  Genesis was very friendly, competent and trustworthy.  He did not mind my dog jumping on him.  His price was very reasonable.  He was able to work in difficult areas, especially stairwells.  His workmen were very professional, friendly and cleaned up beautifully after themselves.  Genesis came back after the work was done to make sure that the job was done right.  Would use again!  Highly recommend!

This is the second time we've used Genesis and, as the first time, were very pleased with the entire process and most of all, with the result. While the wallpaper on the ceiling could be removed, it turned out that the wallpaper on two walls in the dining area were attached with regular, non-soluble glue. This problem could be resolved by Genesis' applying a "skin" that, after drying, could be sanded and properly painted. The two workers arrived every day on time or early and were extremely careful with covering all areas and blocking dust/fumes to enter the living room. Genesis came daily to assess the progress and determine the next steps. We used Genesis the first time for painting the exterior of the house and detached garage and are equally happy with the great outcome of this interior project.
