I highly recommend Genesis Pro Painting. Genesis and his team provide “white-glove” service from the very beginning. Their online booking system is user-friendly and quick. I received information immediately confirming my appointment and another email detailing what to expect during it. Genesis himself arrived at my home to assess the project. The quote I received was amazing not only in its price but in its detail. There was no room for surprise charges. Robert and his crew were on time every day. Everyone was professional, friendly, and respectful. My property was left neat and clean every evening. I was sent an electronic update every evening that included photos of the work done. I’ve never hired a contractor with better communication or professionalism. I’m very nit-picky and they are very meticulous. My house looks amazing. Just hire them.

He misapplied the staiin. Put in writing that he would come back in Spring to re-do. He never respoinded. Finally months later when contacte4d he said he changed his mind. HIs warrany is worthless.

Our warranty does not cover color changes or in-satisfaction with a product or color that you selected. We always recommend going with the products we recommend and we can suggest colors but at the end, the clients are responsible for their color selections."

Genesis stands by his work, has a high attention to detail and delivers a beautiful finished job. The day our deck was stained it rained shortly after and some areas remained spotted after drying. I had already paid in full. Genesis came over the next business day and quickly agreed to take care of the spots but also noticed other areas that were not up to his high standard. He re-did the entire deck, including completely re-sanding it. He spent a lot of time to re-train his staff and checked in frequently. It means a lot when a company has the integrity to stand by their work. I'm sure I could have found a company to do the work for slightly less but I don't think another company would have handled a problem so well. We do not hesitate to recommend Genesis and his team.

I have used this company for over 6 years and have recommended them to many of my friends. They have also been very pleased with their projects. Genesis has always checked in on every job to make sure everything has been done well and to my satisfaction. It is very hard now a days to find such great quality work. After completing their work, they always leave my house spotless, as if they were never there. They always treat my house and furniture with great care.

We hired Genesis Pro Painting to repaint our house and we are very happy with the work they did. Genesis is very professional and thorough. He stopped by every day to check on the progress and came back one year later to make sure the paint job was holding up (it is). His crew are friendly and hard-working. They were not the cheapest estimate we received, but I believe they were worth the price. I highly recommend them.

Genesis was responsive and prompt regarding my request to obtain an estimate for painting our basement and repairing/repainting some other areas of the house. He was courteous and thorough. He explained what all the necessary steps would be and why some areas of repair would be more difficult than others. The follow through with this company is very impressive. His office called twice to make sure we had all the information we had requested and gave us an opportunity to ask questions. In the end we did not sign on with Genesis, but only because our budget had been reduced. We would have no hesitation to use him in the future though.

Genesis Pro Painting was incredibly professional.  He was very clear at the very beginning about costs, he came out to give us an estimate, he showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner, and then followed up with an email and a handwritten note.  And, the deck looks lovely.  What a relief.  A bit pricey, but the professionalism and lack of headache was worth every penny!

Genesis Pro Painting is the best!  Genesis was very friendly, competent and trustworthy.  He did not mind my dog jumping on him.  His price was very reasonable.  He was able to work in difficult areas, especially stairwells.  His workmen were very professional, friendly and cleaned up beautifully after themselves.  Genesis came back after the work was done to make sure that the job was done right.  Would use again!  Highly recommend!
