We paint, build, and refurbish cabinets and furniture , we do interior and exterior painting as well as kitchen and bathroom remodeling . "Great. Jeff quoted our specs, & did an in-house visit. He reviewed the entire project. He made sure Our expecting were realistic, before going on. Everything was clear, & got a competitive price.. We have noisy upstairs neighbors in Condo yelling & loud TV, RADIO,MUSIC & the project helped reduce it by 30-65%. It is hard to be specific without decipel meaning equipment. The cellulose bags say 60%, however Jeff pointed out expect 35%- that honesty, eventhough we got better. If you do a similar job, make sure you understand IMPACT noise, which is not what this project can do. So we are not disappointed, & got what we asked for. The noise was reduced, but not eliminated. This will keep us in a holding spot, in that we might not have to move for now, as moving is very expensive. This kind of improved our quality of life. Our contractor Juan & Dillon were Professional, respectful of our home & exceeded all posted reviews. "Was money paid or were services performed?*-bad question!"

"I contacted Handy Dominick based on the terrific reviews he received on Angie's List. From my experience I can confirm those reviews are well-deserved. Dominick was a pleasure to work with. The quality of the work was excellent and so was the timing. I was under a tight deadline to get my apartment into shape and Dominick fit me into his schedule and then got everything done on time as promised . This was especially noteworthy because in several cases the work was more involved than expected (for example, it turned out that the previous kitchen floor had not been installed properly) and also I added a few items to the project as it went along. Besides the "big stuff" - painting and replacing the kitchen floor - Dominick addressed my accumulated wish list of minor repairs and enhancements. For example, he fixed closet doors that weren't closing properly, replaced a defective bathtub spout, replaced a rusty shower rod, installed a new shower head, Dominick is a problem-solver. He had great suggestions, for example he came up with an attractive way to insulate a heating pipe and upgraded my lighting by finding LED fixtures ("cans") that worked with my old track light track. Additionally, I appreciated Dominick's familiarity with working in co-ops. He was great on providing all the required paperwork - license, insurance certificate, indemnity agreement.
