He wasted a lot of my time because he didn?t know how to properly complete the paperwork needed to obtain permits. He also works with only one person, which made it unrealistic for him to take on such a large project. As a result, the renovation took far longer than expected. Throughout the process, I had many disagreements with him. He later brought in workers to install the tiles, but the job was done very poorly?the floors are uneven and wavy. The entire renovation took over a year, and even then, he didn?t finish the work. His excuse was that his worker had been detained by federal authorities (ICE). Overall, I do not recommend hiring Joni for any renovation projects."
