"The owners Arthur & Mark and their associate was very considerate and professional in protecting my wood floor, area rugs and belongings before cleaning my carpets. They explained their cleaning method before starting and took extra care of my belongings when moving them out of the room. They checked the fabric's manufacturer's cleaning label before cleaning my chair to see what they recommend. That helped them know to dry clean the chair instead of steam cleaning it. They explained their cleaning process and they did a fantastic job! They removed all the stains and my carpets look like new again. I found them to be very pleasant to talk to and have in my home. I like that they have many years of experience and it showed. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. I give them a 5 star rating."

As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money! Or that cleaning of our hardwood will not get us much as it really needed a resanding.
