"Russ came on time. He tried a fix and said if it didn't work to let him know. After that, the unit worked well on high heat but didn't do well on simmer. I did let him know, and he advised that it probably wasn't worth repairing such an old stove and told me how much it would cost. I told him to go ahead and order the new part because I didn't want to bother shopping for a new stove right now. He did so and I made a appointment to have the new part installed. Once again he arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Burner is o.k. now."

The prices were very competitive. I had 3 estimates done. Tanzer was not the cheapest, however they were giving me the best equipment. When I asked other estimates for the exact same setup/equipment, they couldn't do better. The installation team is also excellent. They took care of my property and I got to watch them use advanced equipment for the first system install, and for the second install on our new home they had to dig trenches by hand in the rain. They did it like the pros they are. Very happy with both jobs they did and I would highly recommend them."
