Water heater broke over night. Sonny stopped by at 9am and checked the water heater. Was able to confirm that there was an existing warranty and had his guys come back with a replacement by 10am. Job was completed by 12:30pm. Tidal is professional, punctual and honest. Thank you guys!

Sonny and his team where exactly what we needed when we were on a real bind. Con Edison had given us a warning, but very short notice before they ultimately turned off the gas at my rental property in the Bronx due to a corroded pipe. Sonny and his team worked quickly and diligently to target the problem area and replace the part of the pipe/gas line that was necessary. In doing so, Sonny and his team was great in explaining to me the process step by step, coordinating with my tenants where necessary, and also coordinating with Con Edison and the city inspectors to schedule and go through the inspections that needed to be done once the work was completed. Sonny and his team showed professionalism and expertise in dealing with Con Edison and the city inspectors. While doing the work his team also was able to address another plumbing issue - running shower faucet that we had in a tenant’s apartment. Overall, Sonny and his team got me out of a real bind. I do not hesitate in recommending his company and they will be the first I call in the future when I have a plumbing issue. Thanks again Sonny!!!

Tidal came out to my coop rental apartment to look at a kitchen sink leak. I felt confident using them after calling to make an appointment, especially when it comes to using plumbers in a coop. Tidal reassured my instinct, after I spoke to Sonny when he arrived at location. He gave me breakdown of the problem and was able to repair it asap as well as repair it the right way. I would definitely using Tidal for my future plumbing needs.

Sink trap drain replacement

Sunny at Tidal Plumbing & Heating was fantastic. He is a very knowledgeable plumber and got the job done right. Our bathroom sink was backed up with no sign of unclogging. I tried everything on it to get the clog out with no luck. Sunny was quick and effective. He got under the house, cut and replaced only the section that was backed up, and showed me the old pipe and years of build-up that caused the clog. Safe, courteous, and fast during this COVID pandemic. Couldn't ask for more.

Plumbing issues can always be upsetting but Sunny came to our rescue and did a fantastic job.He sat with us and explained everything that his crew would do to repair our aging pipes. The work was completed very quickly and efficiently with very little disturbances.These are honest and knowledgeable people and it turned out beautifully.We would highly recommend them!!!

I recently moved into a new apartment and discovered a leak in a pipe under my kitchen sink. I called Sunny and he was able to come the very next day (a Saturday). He took all precautions in coming into my apartment during the pandemic, wearing a mask and gloves. He quickly and efficiently replaced the pipe, fixed a second leak that he found, and also tightened my kitchen faucet which was a little loose. He did an expert job, kept my kitchen clean, and charged a fair price. I can't recommend Sunny more highly for any necessary plumbing work. I will certainly call him again if I have any other plumbing issues.

I had a water re-piping issue that a plumber had backed out of due to lack of hands. The connection to the house was stopped due to a big leak near the mains. Tidal Plumbing guys stepped up and resolved the issue before the end of the day. They completed the city permit and handled some regulation issue. Awesome guys!

Great honest informative

Sunny and his guys are true professionals. We have used them for several plumbing jobs, including unclogging a kitchen sink, repairing a broken shower drain and replacing an old, leaking water heater. In every situation they arrived promptly, did excellent work and maintained a neat and tidy environment. Sunny has always been able to accurately diagnose problems quickly and is able to get us back up and running quickly. Having just one shower in a house with two teenagers means any problem with said shower is a big deal. In these cases, Sunny has had people on site to address the issue within hours. Their prices are more than fair for NYC and their ability to get things fixed properly the first time is priceless. It's like having a friend in the business. Highly recommended.

We had a hot water problem that was puzzling and super inconvenient. Matt from Tidal Plumbing came over - ostensibly to inspect and quote but instead he diagnosed the problem on the spot, explained patiently how it all works, and then instructed me how to get a warranty replacement for a part that I could self install. Tidal Plumbing folks were cheerful & polite, knowledgeable, and just plain happy to solve the problem. I wont go anywhere else for plumbing needs.

Long story short.. returned my phone call, showed up in less than an hour, diagnosed the issue and fixed it same day. Could not ask for more. I called multiple plumbers in the area and only one returned my phone call, that was Sunny of Tidal Plumbing. I would highly recommend Them. They did a very professional job for a very reasonable price. I had a leak in my old gas line from the house to the curb. They repaired this along with a minor leak inside my house and did a great job. Very nice honest people!

Matt at Tidal Plumbing is awesome! They has helped us so many times and usually has simple solutions that make a big difference. They connected my new stove, Home Depot told us only a Licensed Plumber can do this work. The guys came on time, they were very polite and neat. Couldn't do it without them!

I looked for a plumber on Angie's List and solicited 3 quotes. But I chose Tidal Plumbing. Sunny and his team was quick and and knew exactly what they were doing. They cleared a violation for my 3 family home. It was expensive, but they knew all the paperwork and entire process. I definitely recommend.

They did a wonderful job from the moment I spoke to one of the staff over the phone to the moment they completed the job. I wasn't getting any water pressure from my kitchen faucet. I called for help and Tidal Plumbing sent someone right out. They looked over my issue and came up with a solution they thought would quickly solve my issue in the most effective way.

This was a great experience. Sunny at Tidal Plumbing is wonderful because he answers the phone himself, and often he comes out on the same day that you need something done. He did Backflow and RPZ testing for our business and even helped us with a DEP Violation and necessary paperwork. He is so knowledgeable, experienced, and pleasant. It was great dealing with Matt. Very honest and upfront, timely and meticulous with his work. Didn't do a rush job. The work felt personal, as if it were his own home. Provided us with a new hot water heater tank, cleaned up and even took away old tank. Excellent service, fast and reliable. Always on time. Great coordination. Will definitely work again.

Tidal Plumbing is the best in town! Very quick to return your call and so easy to schedule an appointment. They installed a new 50 gallon water heater. Cleaned up after they finished the job. They were on time, efficient and left the area cleaner than what it was before. We will definitely use them again for our future plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Tidal Plumbing. They installed a new Steam boiler and it works great. They also gave me a free thermostat. They came on time and the technician, MJ, was friendly and quiet. MJ also cleaned up the area when he left. I would definitely call them again if I need a plumber.
