"Comprehensive Mold Management did a mold abatement in our attic during this past summer. They were on time, did the work with a minimum of disruption, cleaned up beautifully after the job, and the attic is looking great. During the recent cold snap, we had frozen pipes and worried that it was caused partly by our attic power vents. We call Mold Management and Ken came out and thoroughly researched the issue. He discovered that one fan was not working and recalibrated the other so that it is now working properly. It alleviated the concerns we had about the problem. He discovered a leakage problem and recommended getting a roofer to come to take care of it. He did not charge a thing for this most recent visit. I can't praise them enough. They are professional in what they do, considerate of the property and helpful to a great extent."

This winter I experienced drainage issues in my front yard. I called Neverwet and spoke with Michele who was very pleasant and understanding. "The project: Frank's Basement Systems installed new drain tile around about 75% of my basement. They also added their BrightWall in a few areas. Pros: First of all, the project was completed, and I'm very pleased to say that the drain tile seems to be doing it's job. When it rains I'm not seeing any water in the formerly-problematic corner of the basement, so that's a big success. I'll add that our salesperson Ray was an absolute all-star to work with. He did not try to upsell us, and he stayed in communication after the job to make sure we were satisfied. He really made us feel like he wanted what was best for us and our home, and we tremendously appreciated that. Cons: The whole crew called out on the second day what was supposed to be a two-day job, so it ended up taking much longer than we hoped. That second day was a Friday, so we were stuck with the basement a mess over the weekend and into the next week, which was tough. The drain tile had to go under the stairs to the basement and those stairs were absolutely demolished and had to be replaced. They told me while they were on-site that it was going to be my responsibility to replace them which left me without the bottom three stairs to my basement for a couple of weeks, but ultimately they connected me with a contractor who put new stairs in for us. During the job they accidentally caused a leak in one of my steam pipes, but they also helped me find a company that would replace that as well. Lastly, they left the basement a dusty mess. In fact, we still have to wear specific shoes into the basement because even after vacuuming and mopping a few times, it is still so dusty, and that dust gets tracked to the rest of our house if we leave our "basement shoes" on and go anywhere else. Overall: Frank's gave us a good price and, again, we sincerely appreciated Ray's guidance before and after the job. The most important thing is that the drain tile is working, so despite a few challenges we are satisfied with the outcome. We will be calling Ray back in a couple of years when we need to do the rest of the basement...hopefully some of the dust will be gone by then!!"

"Mark and his crew did an Excellent job in mitigating the basement walls of dampness and mold growth. They applied 2 coats of the specially formulated sealant and also painted the floor to keep moisture out. The they installed a commercial grade dehumidifier to maintain a proper level of humidity. Problem Solved and it looks brighter and so protected from any future moisture intrusion."
