5 full time employees. We bill net 30 days. We offer annual membership services to perform seasonal preparations for home and businesses. We have partnered with a creative agency to offer business owners custom solutions

"I did not like work done by THT Green. Painting was not complete: sloppy work, paint all over floors, paint on furniture and dents to furniture. Ceiling partially painted, which I had to repaint myself. The walls that cracked or chipped, were painted over not fixed ( had to ask to redo.) All base molding : the corners did not meet, was not completed and I again I had to fix. The crown molding was started in the middle of the wall, the corners did not meet and butting done incorrectly. I hired someone else to redo the crown molding. I had to stop them and ask that they do not come back. The kicker to this was I would at times teach the youngest worker how to do molding, even though the carpenter of the company had "15 years experience". We gave this new company an opportunity and now I feel scammed. I have provided some pictures to illustrate. The company also goes by THT Green, who was just given a grant to do indoor aeroponic grow. I hope this too is not facade."

Home Staging questions, answered by experts

Choosing a high-quality home stager can mean the difference between your home flying off the shelves or sitting on the market for weeks or months, and it all starts with verifying the stager’s experience. You can start by asking how long the professional has been in the business, and you should also ask for references and examples of past work in your particular area. Ask the stager about your options, including virtual staging, furniture rental, and other preparation services.

To stage your home yourself, clean your home thoroughly to sell, leaving it gleaming like a five-star hotel. Less is best—always clear away clutter and anything personal so buyers can focus on the beauty of the rooms. Prospective buyers will check the closets, so investing in a storage space may be necessary.

Move furniture around, mix fabrics and decor, and de-cramp the room by removing any unnecessary furniture. A fresh coat of paint always helps, as do natural features like plants.

In most cases, staging a home is expensive but worth every penny. According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), 81% of agents representing buyers stated that staging made a positive impact on the buyer’s perception of the house and made it easier to visualize it as a home. The value of your home—which is to say the amount buyers are willing to spend—is based on perception alone and not the inherent value of the land or structure. Therefore, improving the appeal of your home through staging is likely to make your home more enticing during a home sale.

Every market is different, but the general consensus is that since a fireplace is a sought-after item in many homes, the removal of such a feature can negatively impact the value of your home. Therefore, if you plan on selling your house soon, don’t remove it. If you plan on living in your home for a long time, the removal of a fireplace can decrease your bills over time, as heat and air conditioning can both leak through a wood-burning fireplace’s chimney or the exhaust systems of a gas insert.

Most buyers prefer a smooth, modern finish on their ceilings. This can make a home with a popcorn ceiling challenging to sell, but it depends on the housing market. In a competitive market, buyers are more willing to overlook minor renovations. However, popcorn ceilings containing asbestos in an older home are a major deterrent.
