I’ve been working with pools for my entire life. I can work on above ground or in-ground pools. I also have a lot of knowledge when it comes to spas. That being said, if you need anything from a filter repair, pump repair, leaking system, liner repair, pipe repair, maintenance, sand changes or even chemical balance. I have a plumbing background as well. I can also work on waterfalls or systems for ponds.

"The blue bathroom is the remodel Bob did for us a year ago. He installed an up flush, macerator toilet that started to leak. It could not be repaired… too old to get parts. Interesting we only had it about a yr. It had to be replaced by a normal toilet which then involved changing plumbing. A very costly error."

Install 3 way switch at garage door entry and base of basement stairs. Relocate existing light fixtures to evenly spread light throughout, box and safe off all existing open splices and remove all extension cords feeding light fixtures. Disconnect furnace feeding basement and pool room. Relocate thermostat for pool room heat. Troubleshoot gfci protection throughout kitchen receptacles and bathroom. Replace breakers that feed bathroom and kitchen receptacles with gfci breakers. Install single gang old work box for switch controlled receptacle in living room. Remove indoor wiring outside on deck and reinstall pvc conduit with outdoor rated box with gfci receptacle. Replace t-12 lamps with led bypass lamp"
