We finally just finished it ourselves. He did a great job on the wood floor. Missed finishing nail holes and didn?t feather the wall paste well. He had to keep asking him to come back and fix it. Which he did and was very polite, but it wasn?t a cheap job and was expecting more."

"I hired Ben and Brian to build a sizable addition to my house(extend kitchen, laundry powder room, add bedroom, bathroom, mud room). I encountered multitude of issues while working with them. Note: they have very good attorney that is Brian&amp;#39;s relative. Here are some of the facts: 1. Project completion took 11 months instead of promised 5. 2. Improper framing modification caused walls on the second floor to shift. Door openings became distorted and cracks in the corners appeared 3. Water is leaking between the walls and newly installed gutters. 4. Newly installed hardwood floors (3/4 sick Brazilian Cherry) are squeaking and moving in many spots. One piece is completely loose (no nails at all). 5. They refused to install shower doors despite drawing clearly showing them. I have a $3000 estimate of the to fix put walls per drawing and hang the doors. 6. A/C ducts were sized improperly."

"Fair $, but turned into a nightmare. Once concrete poured, did a decent job at trowling smooth , but didn't bevel front edge right for water run off. I believe he has the knowledge, just would not show up or do it. Never on time - if showed at all. So much work needed before day of pour, no-show until that day and then showed up 1.5 hrs late- same time as concrete truck showed up. Did not bring jersey bucket to get cement into back yard, so my driveway was damaged, but thankfully he did repair that. I did all, including 4 hrs digging night before, as I guessed he would not show up again. Concrete was to be sloped on outer edge. Water sits. Their time investment on site: 5 hrs removing old cement & 5 hrs pouring- leveling cement. My time from contract date: over 14 hrs with pick and shovel, and I am 67 I had to do 99% ground prep. After pour, Did not come back and put in expansion cuts, so I did. All which I paid them to do. I believe he could do good work, if he put in effort "
