They hammered the brake pads onto the wrong sides and in the process also broke a lug and a brake caliper bracket bolt and neglected to tell me. I had to have another certified mechanic look at everything and fix it when I could tell something wasn't right. Upon requesting a refund from Jamro they were quite rude and unprofessional, denied any wrongdoing and yelled at and hung up on me over the phone.
