"We had our house and deck power washed. Following that the deck was stained. We chose ClayWorks because of a very fair quote and good communication with us. "If you need someone to refinish your deck, Erik Woods is the person to call. He is punctual, extremely thorough with the job, and is quite reasonable. Our deck had not had a good staining for a number of years. And, when we had done it ourselves, the stains we were using over the years did not hold up that well. Erik started by power-washing the deck and the over-arching pergola. He then sanded the deck with a regular floor sander and the pergola boards and railings with a palm sander. He then applied a stain on everything. He was careful to cover all adjacent parts of our house with plastic so no stain got anywhere it wasn't supposed to. The deck is looking better than it ever has. On a scale of 1 to 10, Erik gets a 10+."

Scott was able to come up with a solution, and he provided a detailed estimate for all of the work. He and his crew came back to do the work, and they did an amazing job. "For me to give a 5 star rating the job has to be perfect. I give these guys a 4.7 star rating. I'm very happy with the results, there were minor things that I needed to do that affected the rating. Paint or joint compound on the windows ( came off easily with a razor blade), paint droppings on the concrete for example. All the guys that were involved were excellent. Bottom line, I would use them again and would recommend them."
