Majestic Pools has been building inground pools for over forty years. We are the largest inground pool builder in Western New York, with over 5,000 pools built. We own our own 70,000 square foot facility, 0n eight acres with two full-size indoor pools, warehouses, store, and a service area strictly for pools and related equipment. We have been at this location for 40 years. Pools, spas and related equipment is our only business. Over 75% of our pools are built in five days or less. We have over 100 pieces of equipment and trucks that are geared for efficient installations and service. This is more than all other inground companies in Western New York, combined. We have free computerized water analysis. The majority of our materials are made in the United States. We stock everything listed in our brochures. We have the largest inventory in Western New York. Majestic Pools is a Factory Authorized Service Center for almost all of the products that we carry.

"We had Majestic Pools install our pool in 1999 and over the years they have serviced it and we were never disappointed In 2017 we had them install a new pool liner by the end of the year it had wrinkles in the bottom by the time we opened it up in 2018 the wrinkles were worse. We contacted them after sending multiple employees out, we were told they would take care of it the following spring We trusted them to do this! In 2019 we only heard excuses and that in 2020 they would take care of it as we took underwater videos and sent it to them insisting that the liner be replaced. In 2020-- nothing even though we sent certified letters. I have all documentation and dates of our conversations and dated video. I wrote a letter this year 2021 in February and have yet to hear back from them I will be reconsidering other options as to the best way to go forward with my problem another note: We have had them open and close our pool every year but even that the last few years I have had to make adjustments on what was done--Filters were never placed properly- things like that. This is obviously not under the same management as years before. I am sorry to say but find another pool company!"

Whether you can repair a hot tub depends on the severity of the problem and the location. With the right tools and knowledge, you can fix problems like small leaks or switching out a dirty filter. However, electrical and plumbing issues require a licensed professional due to the inherent risk, particularly when mixing water with electricity.

You should put chlorine in your hot tub on a regular basis. To keep bacteria away, keep the chlorine level in your hot tub at between 3-5 mg/l, which may mean you need to add chlorine daily or at least every two to three days. Don’t add chlorine to your hot tub water more than once per day.

Unfortunately, a hot tub does use a relatively large amount of electricity. In fact, much of the money you spend on your hot tub will go toward electricity costs to keep the water heated. A typical hot tub will use anywhere from 1,500 to 6,000 watts of electricity per month.

The average life expectancy of a hot tub cover is between five and seven years. You can extend the life of yours by keeping it clean, using a soft cloth and mild dish soap; applying a vinyl protectant spray; using a cover lift to move and fold the cover carefully, rather than treating it roughly; protecting it from harsh weather; keeping kids and pets off the cover; and cleaning the underside of the cover with a chlorine spray. Investing in a quality cover will also help it last longer and look better.

It’s easy to keep your hot tub clean and safe for all to enjoy by following a few simple tips:

  • Make sure anyone who uses the hot tub rinses themselves and their swimsuits off, perhaps in an outdoor shower near the hot tub. 

  • Don’t add anything to your hot tub’s water. Bath oils and bubble bath liquids might seem like a fun addition to your hot tub experience, but these substances will turn the water in your tub foamy and its surfaces hard to clean. 

  • Restrict eating in the tub to light snacks that you can easily clean out if there’s any spillage. Crumbs from crackers and chips can be difficult to pick up. 

  • Make it a no-pet zone. Pet fur and dander can pose a cleaning issue, but it’s also not a great idea for your pet’s health and safety.
