About us

Majestic Pools has been building inground pools for over forty years. We are the largest inground pool builder in Western New York, with over 5,000 pools built. We own our own 70,000 square foot facility, 0n eight acres with two full-size indoor pools, warehouses, store, and a service area strictly for pools and related equipment. We have been at this location for 40 years. Pools, spas and related equipment is our only business. Over 75% of our pools are built in five days or less. We have over 100 pieces of equipment and trucks that are geared for efficient installations and service. This is more than all other inground companies in Western New York, combined. We have free computerized water analysis. The majority of our materials are made in the United States. We stock everything listed in our brochures. We have the largest inventory in Western New York. Majestic Pools is a Factory Authorized Service Center for almost all of the products that we carry.

We had Majestic Pools install our pool in 1999 and over the years they have serviced it and we were never disappointed In 2017 we had them install a new pool liner by the end of the year it had wrinkles in the bottom by the time we opened it up in 2018 the wrinkles were worse. We contacted them after sending multiple employees out, we were told they would take care of it the following spring We trusted them to do this! In 2019 we only heard excuses and that in 2020 they would take care of it as we took underwater videos and sent it to them insisting that the liner be replaced. In 2020-- nothing even though we sent certified letters. I have all documentation and dates of our conversations and dated video. I wrote a letter this year 2021 in February and have yet to hear back from them I will be reconsidering other options as to the best way to go forward with my problem another note: We have had them open and close our pool every year but even that the last few years I have had to make adjustments on what was done--Filters were never placed properly- things like that. This is obviously not under the same management as years before. I am sorry to say but find another pool company!

I have been a customer for 13 years. They put my inground in and for 10 years were fantastic. Then something happened and for the last 3 years they have been horrible. They don't return phone calls and treat me like I'm dumb. I take care of my pool! I was shown how to clean it and deal with it from day one and do everything I was told by the book, so when I call them, I really NEED them, but they are so hard to deal with now. My opening the last two years has been non-existent. Young guys who barely know what they are doing - put in 2 bags of shock when my pool takes 4; didn't turn on my heater and I found out later it was corroded and wouldn't start. They are supposed to turn it on and check it out and didn't touch it or they would have easily found that. My salt generator wasn't set-up properly for my pool size and one of my jets inside came out hours after they left. They need a serious shake up in service.

Waited until 11a and heard nothing from Majestic so I called the store. The lady that answered was incredibly rude and defensive. She told me that she saw the note to come in the morning, but she wasn't the one that booked the appointment. She attempted to call her crew and could not reach them. I told her we had an event at our house at 4pm and really needed to know a rough time window and her response was to chastise me that they have too many jobs to give specific times. I explained that I didn't need a specific time but they had in fact wrote down morning preference. Why bother making a note if its entirely not possible? I asked that Rick, the manager call me and when he finally did he too was defensive and acted as though we did something wrong. Instead of apologizing for the confusion he felt the need to ask me indignantly, "why would you schedule it on prom day?" Finally, sure as the sun rises every day, the contractor called us at 505p to reschedule claiming they, "drove by and saw an event and were instructed not to stop." My wife begged them to come back in 15 minutes so that we can finish pictures and that we could not reschedule. The contractor acted just as rude as the first two Majestic employees and yelled that he has 16 jobs today and could not come back. He offered some discount and I told my wife to just tell him, thanks but no thanks. I'm not begging anybody to give them my money. Bottom line - don't tell people you'll make a note of a time preference if you know **** well you can't oblige in any way shape or form. This is tantamount to "bait and switch" - you wanted the appointment so you said what you had to say to book it. Then instead of admitting their mistake they were literally condescending and belligerent. If you like being treated worse than a Jersey used car salesmen would treat you, call Majestic. They'll give you a deal you can't refuse. A high price, crappy service, and plenty of attitude.
