"Lance Dorfi was proactive, efficient, and professional. They came to every appointment on time and tailored a radon mitigation solution that reduced the levels. I would highly recommend them for radon mitigation!"

"Very communicative (reached out right away to arrange an appointment and checked in on us). Was on time, knowledge and thorough. Our report was delivered within hours of the inspection."

"Doug was professional, timely and really took pride in his work. He took time to fully explain the process and how radon gets in the home. Our radon remediation system installation was flawless."

"Olivier was terrific. He was incredibly thorough and left no detail out of his inspection or his report. He took the time necessary to inspect all elements of the inside and outside of the home, he was patient in explaining what he found, and he was able to put all his comments within a helpful perspective. I would recommend him 100% and would use him again without hesitation."

"We are moving into an older house with asbestos covering on the pipes. A representative from JBH came in for an estimate and gave us a very accurate idea of the overall cost. Something that we were not able to confirm at the time of the removal...we were told this was a family-owned business and that someone from the family would come in to do the removal. Neither of the men who showed up introduced themselves as part of the family... The men from JBH showed up on time (very polite guys), removed all the asbestos, and then brought us down to show the work they had done. We were supposed to bring in an independent contractor for air monitoring, but the people we reached out to never returned our calls (they'll get their OWN review on Angie's List). In all the craziness of our move, we forgot that we never actually booked an air monitering company. We called JBH the day of the scheduled removal to let them know about the situation and to see if we should reschedule - they ended up calling someone in on our behalf to do the monitering. Not the ideal scenario, but it was great that they did the extra legwork with practically no notice. We did have to call JBH ourselves to follow up on the air testing results, which was the one downside."

"As a realtor, I found Rich from Expedient Environmental Solutions while searching for a client who needed mold remediation. He and his crew did an excellent job at a fair price. They finished on time and left the home clean. So, when I was looking personally to have basement waterproofing (interior french drains and sump pump) along with radon mitigation, I received 3 quotes, of which theirs was the most comprehensive plan, and again not the highest quote overall. They finished the work ahead of schedule by bringing four workers the second day, were respectful throughout and left the area reasonably clean. I'm confident that my days (and nights!) with the shopvac and flooded basement are finally over, and grateful they stand behind their work for a full year. Good contractors are hard to find. Glad I found them. Thanks and I highly recommend!"

"His report was very detailed with pictures, he fallow up to make sure I got my report, great communication and great customer service, he didn't miss anything I didn't see"

"Mike is absolutely amazing. We wanted our basement air tested so we can safely work there and he did all the tests and advised us on a number of things that have indeed greatly improved the air quality. He also volunteered to take a look through our house and he identified mold in our bathroom that I hadn't even seen! He told us exactly what to do to get rid of it and it worked. I highly recommend Mike."

"Radon levels haven't been over 1.6 since the install. Very professional from the 1st call to finishing the job. Highly recommend!"
