When I asked him about it, he claimed the toilet tank had a leak and wanted to charge me an additional $400 to replace the toilet. He wanted to charge me twice for this job. If he'd inspected the source of the leak initially, I would've paid $400 to replace the toilet instead of additional $140 for the wax ring. I think this is a scam, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing services"
