"In June, 2017 Perfection Roofing took a day and half to remove our 30 year old roof and replace it new, beautiful blue and gray asphalt singles on both the home and garage. A rubber roof was replaced on the back of the home, too. Also, they installed an anti-bird guard on the chimney and replace the base of chimney flashing. The experienced and knowledgeable owner was a pleasure to work with and the onsite workers did a professional job."

"They did an excellent Job 1 day job replacing my roof, installing a rubber part on my roof and re-pointing my chimney. They are extremely professional, they ensured that all the debris ensuring all the nails and residuals were cleaned up around the house. I highly recommend them for any roofing job you may have. Generally, the term “rolled roofing” refers to MSR (mineral surface roll) roofing. This type of roofing is similar to asphalt shingles but comes in a roll that’s unraveled and installed over your roof deck. There are many types of rolled roofing, including TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen roofing (aka torch down roofing).

There are several pros and cons of flat roofs. One disadvantage of flat roofs is that you lose potential attic space because it's flat. Flat roofs tend to pool water and because they lack an angle, any leak in the roof—usually due to a bad seal—has the potential to let in a lot of water. They don’t work well in climates with snow. A spray foam roof lasts 20 to 30 years if installed and maintained correctly. Spray foam roofs should be recoated every 10 to 15 years to maintain the UV protection and waterproof surface of the foam material. The longevity of spray foam roofing will depend on the thickness and density of the foam, the protective coating, and how well it’s maintained.
