"I am so pleased with the power washing job these guys did on my house. The north side had 15 years of lichens, moss and whatever else and it was a mess. "Chris was very motivated and started the job promptly. His work ethic was great, staying late a couple of days late to complete job on time as agreed. He reviewed any issue found and was flexible when extra work was needed. The quality of the work was great in making the breezeway siding look the same as the garage, so with the paint job the house/garage improvement was dramatic. His pricing was reasonably and his clean-up appreciated. We would definitely recommend Chris to others and would engage him for work ourselves."

"Everything went great. We were told about N&Z by a friend. And omgggg. Thank you with all the rain we have had our roof literally was garbage. They tore off all our old roofing cleaned up Everything from that mess. And put a whole new roof on our 2200sq roof. They did it fast and let me just say their prices cannot be beat. "Jim and his crew were wonderful to work with, very respectful and very hard working. I can not say enough, all great, on Jim and his crew. We had more repairs than anticipated but Jim worked late to get everything done and was always cheerful even though I know those extra repairs put him behind schedule. The repairs were beautiful.
