Prompt, friendly, professional.
He came into the house and checked all of the wiring to determine the problems. Because we are in remote woods, he had to go into town to get some hardware that he did not have. He promptly returned, did all of the work including the replacement of some questionable wiring. He cleaned up the work sites. The bill was less than expected.

I thought he was very thorough. He went above and beyond what I requested and he didn't try to talk me into something you didn't need.
