"I’ve had several projects with Unique Construction and my experiences have been very positive. David the owner is knowledgeable and very accommodating. Dave listens and discusses the different options and outcomes for the job. He cares and works with you to navigate to get you to what you want. Dave has really gone above and beyond for me. I also can’t say enough about the crew, they are professional, punctual, they work really well together and they keep the work site clean. Having work done in your home is not something anyone looks forward to but these guys really make it a good experience. The quality and workmanship is top notch. "the job was very professionally done.  There is not much to say except that I was very pleased with there work and happy that I don't have to worry every time it rains.  other contractors would have just dug a hole and put in a pump, but they covered back up the hole except for exhaust pipe which leads out of the house to underground.  It takes water a significant distance from my house.  Thanks guys.

Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"As usual, Alan showed up as scheduled and did a thorough walk-around to detail the work that needed to be done. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."
