Discussed possible issues and costs prior to starting work. Didnâ t force additional work to make extra money. Fixed my clogged septic and got things back to normal. "After discovering on a recent Sunday morning that we had a clogged toilet, and after trying everything we knew how to do ourselves, we searched for plumbers on Home Advisor. Mr. Rooter responded immediately to our inquiry and sent a young man out right away. He snaked the pipes all the way to the street and solved our problem for now. I can't remember the young man's name, but he was very professional, respectful of our home and explained everything to us along the way. He pulled the toilet and sent a camera down to check if the pipes had shifted and found a lot of buildup on the sides of the pipes and thought that the pipes had shifted a little. We opted to do nothing more at this time until (if and when) we have a problem in the future. I thought the charges were reasonable for the time spent and the work done, and would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for a plumber."

"I’ve recently been back and forth with companies lately trying to get a solution to my hot water tank. Some said flush some tried throwing ball park numbers out saying that not only heater need to be replace then went on water lines ball valve etc. long story short woodys drain service came out which by the way great guy goes by the name Jeff, came did a inspection on everything and at end of the day my tank was over 15 years old tank parts started going. Jeff was able to give me a great quote got started right away and was out the door 2 hours later. Would recommend to anyone. Will do all my plumbing jobs with this company from now on. "I got home after an extended weekend to find my house soaked from a broken pipe under my upstairs bathroom sink. There was wet drywall from my ceiling that had fallen on my living room floor. My carpets,couch and everything I had in my living room were totally soaked. I called a plumber and started trying to clean the mess up in tears. The plumber recommenced I give Paladin Restoration a call as he has worked with him in the past. They arrived in less than an hour and gave me a quick assessment of what was needed to be done. They told me to call my insurance company and they got to work without charging me anything upfront. It took several hours but they had the entire room cleared out, including sucking the water from my carpet and my removing my wet ceiling. They set up these industrial sized dehumidifiers and fans and explained what the entire process would entail from start to finish. They were very polite and answered the 100s of questions I asked them. 2 days later they came and met with my insurance adjuster and made sure I understood everything that was going on. The next day everything was bone dry and they removed their equipment. I ended up getting enough money to remodel the room that got wet. I literally couldnt be happier with their service and although I hope to never need them again I wouldnt hesitate to call them to help. Thanks again"
