"Hired them to figure out why my toilets were not flushing. I thought we may have had a clogged sewer drain from what was happening. When the service guy arrived he went into the basement saw that my downstairs pipe had pulled down from the underfloor. He proceeded to pull up my toilet to send the auger down through the drain. No clog was apparent. Had a new flange and wax ring to put the toilet back on but did not because of a pipe issue. Did not have the equipment in his van to fix this issue. Told him my husband and I can put toilet back in place but he did not say until he was all packed up that it could not be done until the pipe below was fixed. Went 2 days with toilet sitting in middle of my downstairs bathroom. Good thing we have one upstairs as well."

"I’ve recently been back and forth with companies lately trying to get a solution to my hot water tank. Some said flush some tried throwing ball park numbers out saying that not only heater need to be replace then went on water lines ball valve etc. long story short woodys drain service came out which by the way great guy goes by the name Jeff, came did a inspection on everything and at end of the day my tank was over 15 years old tank parts started going. "I got home after an extended weekend to find my house soaked from a broken pipe under my upstairs bathroom sink. There was wet drywall from my ceiling that had fallen on my living room floor. My carpets,couch and everything I had in my living room were totally soaked. I called a plumber and started trying to clean the mess up in tears. The plumber recommenced I give Paladin Restoration a call as he has worked with him in the past. They arrived in less than an hour and gave me a quick assessment of what was needed to be done. They told me to call my insurance company and they got to work without charging me anything upfront. It took several hours but they had the entire room cleared out, including sucking the water from my carpet and my removing my wet ceiling. They set up these industrial sized dehumidifiers and fans and explained what the entire process would entail from start to finish. They were very polite and answered the 100s of questions I asked them. 2 days later they came and met with my insurance adjuster and made sure I understood everything that was going on. The next day everything was bone dry and they removed their equipment. I ended up getting enough money to remodel the room that got wet. I literally couldnt be happier with their service and although I hope to never need them again I wouldnt hesitate to call them to help. Thanks again"
