Otto was amazing. So happy I FINALLY found a plumber I trust who is so skilled and doesn’t take advantage of his customers. I called right after 8am and he returned my call probably within the hour. I never expected such a quick response but he said he was able to be there by 11:30. Immediately took his shoes off (he didn’t have to) but did, every time he entered. Was kind to my blind dog, my husband LOVED him. Hubby asked to set up another appt. to do more work on a faulty bath faucet. He offered to do it then to save paying for another service call. I honestly could have kept him there all day fixing stuff for me. Have already talked to him about work in the spring. Wonderful, knowledgeable, hard working, affordable. I look for small business owners and as far as plumbers go, I’ve found mine.

Completed the job in about an hour. Toilets have worked flawlessly since.

I I called requesting service late on a Wednesday and he offered to come out the next morning to work on the problem. I was able to resolve the problem myself that evening, however, and called back to cancel the job. However, his response time was excellent, professionalism was excellent, and I would likely call him first if I have another plumbing problem.

Otto did a fantastic job. Explained things very thoroughly, gave me options, etc. He is extremely trustworthy. I would leave him alone to work in my home and not think twice. Also very clean.

SHOUT OUT TO VONA PLUMBING. I spoke with owner. He said he didn't want to take advantage and come out to
inspect and charge for no reason. He said he knew from what I said on the phone it was "definitely" not an indoor problem but would come out if that is what I wanted. Awesome guy and company. He suggested I wait one more day. Water was frozen since Saturday and just came on. What a great guy / company. Would always trust in the future. After 2 days of no water ---
faucets began flowing again later that evening. This could have been easy $$ for VONA -- but they opted for honesty. I only live 2 miles from them and would have been an easy house call.

Owner came over to assess the situation before doing any work, was very conscientious about taking shoes off when walking through the house. Plumber Informed me that the job would require an additional person due to the plumbing running from the basement up an interior wall.  The job required cutting out a piece of the sheetrock, in order to repair the punctured line.  They were able to cut out a small portion of sheetrock to get to the problem, which helped me when having to repair the opening.  
The job was completed within two hours, the workers cleaned up their mess, informed me by telephone when the job was completed and even left me the piece of piping that was punctured.  
They were professional, punctual and reasonably priced.

Arrived when promised. Neat as a pin including total cleanup. Otto was friendly and cheerful. Would definitely hire again!

Otto arrived at the time promised - he called before so we knew when he was coming - very friendly, neat, efficient and knowledgeable - explained what he was doing and why and took time to listen to us - I will have him back again in the spring to replace the plumbing under the kitchen sink - I would highly recommend Vona Plumbing, and especially Otto, as being fair, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I like to give my business to local merchants and Vona is right around the corner from my house.

We have been using them for years. They are very punctual, professional and very reasonable. Even if they were a little more I would use them because I know them and know their work.

I have had the need to call them several times. Otto was the plumber to always come. He was friendly, quick, knowledgable and did his best to minimize the cost. I only wish they did emergency work because then they would be the only service I'd call.

It was great. This has been my plumber for 20 years and I would call no one else. They are a little expensive.
