He was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating when he made the appointment with me via text and phone confirmations. Customer service and courteous treatment were at the forefront of the conversations. When James arrived to do the work, he was prompt, clean, skilled, and knowledgeable. He went right to work and answered any questions I had for him pertaining to the job at hand. He even attached the pipes I need to install a new dishwasher. He advised me to get a new dishwasher, instead of fixing the old one. Many plumbers would fix the old one even if it wasn't advantageous to do so, just for the fee. I highly recommend James for any plumbing needs you may have. He is reasonably priced, well-spoken, and knowledgeable in his craft!"

In between we realized we had a running toilet and a leaking faucet and it was no problem for him to fix those while he was on site fixing the radiator. He was super friendly and his prices are fair. "Sergio repaired a leak from my second floor bathroom through the ceiling into my first floor bsthroom a year and four months ago. He had to remove the toilet to secure the hrass ring mounting plate to the sub floor and replace the wax ring gasket, then re-install the toilet. That repair took a couple of hours and is still good to this day. When I noticed that I had no hot water yesterday and trried repeatedly to re-light the pilot on my thirteen year old water heater to no avail, I called Pipe Service Pros in the late afternoon without hesitation and made an appointment.with Sergio. He came by ten o'clock this morning and all he needed to do was push a reset button on the burner control module and then light the pilot. It's great to have an honest serviceman because he could have sold me a new burner assembly or a wjole new wster heater thst I fidn't need.
