LNH Construction Company did an excellent job, Tim and his crew did everything I ask. They were very careful to take away the old bricks from the chimney and not to drop any in the chimney, since the chimney was very unstable. The chimney looks great. The roof needed to be scraped of old shingles and taken away. Tim made sure that the entire area was cleaned after the roof was done. He built the front porch quickly and railings and spindles were done the way I asked. He was very professional and always took the time to make sure all my inputs were heard and done. There were a few days that it rained and Tim would have to come back the next day to complete a job. He always came back at the times he said he be there. I never has to worry if the jobs would be done right since Tim kept me informed daily. Tim and his crew did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier. I recommend to anyone who needs any construction done around there house to call LNH Construction Company for an estimate. You won't be disappointed.

We are a hard working, highly experienced, dependable company. Our rates and estimates are fair and we keep them affordable to accommodate the average working family. We also like to get things done in a timely manner. As far as billing, we provide an estimate for the job needed and typically ask for payment upon completion of work. At times, if need be, half down and half upon completion may be required. Our estimates are accurate and we do not like to surprise our customers, so if there is a possibility of higher cost, we will notify you immediately and work with you to the best of our ability. Our overall goal is outstanding workmanship with happy customers. We pretty much do it all. Give us a call and let us know what you're looking for! We service the entire Capital region.

"Anthony Masonry and chimney did an excellent job clearing a ton of trees and vines from my property. They were efficient and pleasant to work with - would 10 / 10 higher this company again. I also had them do some stonework leading up to my house, which came out phenomenal."

Chimney Caps questions, answered by experts

No, you can’t install just any microwave over your range. You have to get a specific type of microwave known as an over-the-range unit. These include venting and lighting features that you’ll need above your stovetop.

Although countertop units are more affordable, they won’t work for this type of installation. To avoid hazardous conditions in your kitchen, buy the right type of microwave for your needs.

A higher CFM will make the price of your range hood more expensive. It can be challenging to speculate how much the CFM rating affects price, but ductless range hoods—that don’t need as high of a CFM as ducted range hoods—are less expensive than their alternative. On average, ductless hoods cost between $100 and $300, while ducted hoods can cost as much as $1,000.

Neglected maintenance can lead to odors, fire hazards, impaired airflow, and reduced range and hood operation efficiency.

Typically 1-2 hours, factoring in ductwork and electrical connections.

Most residential range hoods have a CFM between 200 and 600. A higher CFM means your range hood is better at removing smoke and odors from your kitchen. The measurement ultimately depends on your stove’s width and heat output as well as the size of your kitchen.

Compared to the average size of a stove and kitchen, 350 CFM would be the minimum recommended rating for the average kitchen. However, selecting a higher CFM range hood would guarantee better ventilation to match your cooking habits, whether they’re minimal or extensive.
