We hired them to gut renovate our new home. Firstly, they price fairly and they do try to work out an honest and fair contract by working within our budget. Secondly, we gave them a check list of renovations we wanted and they fulfilled each and every single one of them to the end. They really take the time to do a high quality job the right way, for example, we needed new kitchen floors, so they first removed all the old flooring and then setup and leveled the subfloor to install the new tiles correctly. Any job they do, they do it the right way, without shortcuts! The result was beautiful and strong new floors that will last a really long time. Also their attention to detail is so great, if they cut a tile, they make sure it is straight and has no faults, if they are covering gaps then they will cover it all without missing one spot. Their work is so organized, and careful and neat. They are also very punctual, they always show up on time and leave on time without missing a day. Their communication is superb, anytime time I contacted them I always recieved a reply with a solution to our problem. They are also great at offering recommendations and advise, like picking out a tub or choosing a shower system. Also they have connections to kitchen cabinet or flooring services if needed. Overall me and my family couldn’t be any happier to have found these guys, they made our look truly sooo beautiful. They are truly amazing and wonderful and sooo helpful, we completely recommend them to anyone looking for any type of renovation!!!"

Most recently, Kazi repaired a leak in our roof, corrected the pitch of the roof, replaced the drain and drain pipe, re-flashed all seams on our roof, and coated it with a silicone roof sealant. In addition, Kazi repaired the ceiling of the top floor apartment, installed a new roof hatch, resealed all the windows on the back of the house, repaired some crumbling pointing, and scraped and repainted our fire escape. In the past, he's repoured the cement floor in our boiler room, replaced the ceiling in the basement, and more. He does fantastic work, exceeding my expectations in all cases and, importantly, always completes the work in a timely manner. "Dominick did an excellent job on my project, which was to scrape our bathroom ceiling, do some light replastering, and prime and paint with a special anti-mold paint. He and his assistant arrived on time both days, took great care to protect our floors and bathroom, and even vacuumed our ceiling vent for us. His prices are on the high side, but we're thrilled with the result and would work with him again."
