We hired them to gut renovate our new home. Firstly, they price fairly and they do try to work out an honest and fair contract by working within our budget. Secondly, we gave them a check list of renovations we wanted and they fulfilled each and every single one of them to the end. They really take the time to do a high quality job the right way, for example, we needed new kitchen floors, so they first removed all the old flooring and then setup and leveled the subfloor to install the new tiles correctly. Any job they do, they do it the right way, without shortcuts! The result was beautiful and strong new floors that will last a really long time. Also their attention to detail is so great, if they cut a tile, they make sure it is straight and has no faults, if they are covering gaps then they will cover it all without missing one spot. Their work is so organized, and careful and neat. They are also very punctual, they always show up on time and leave on time without missing a day. Their communication is superb, anytime time I contacted them I always recieved a reply with a solution to our problem. They are also great at offering recommendations and advise, like picking out a tub or choosing a shower system. Also they have connections to kitchen cabinet or flooring services if needed. Overall me and my family couldn’t be any happier to have found these guys, they made our look truly sooo beautiful. They are truly amazing and wonderful and sooo helpful, we completely recommend them to anyone looking for any type of renovation!!!"

"This is a review for the 4th and 5th job done for us by Nunez Construction and as usual... OUTSTANDING. Their team is professional, polite and hardworking to make sure the job is done to exceed our standards. Last year we had our 10'x20' flat garage roof removed and converted to a gabled room. The flat roof became a maintenance nightmare and we had it converted. They also replaced the gutter system on the garage and painted the garage door. This year, the Nunez crew completely removed our concrete driveway, re-sloped and replaced the concrete. In addition they removed a rusty, broken fence and replaced it. Great job as usual. Getting on their calendar for our 2020 jobs!"
