"They did a great job and communicated everything they were doing to keep us in the know when they first came to do our insulation. Very nice people! As with old houses, there was no air duct where they went to blow insulation in the walls so they accidentally blew insulation in our bedroom thru the vent. They cleaned it up all nice and neat, but when we found out months later after turning the heat back on, the vent wasn't blowing heat, they came right out and took care of the blockage for us. Would definitely recommend them!"

However, the additional access panel was not executed as outlined on the contract and they were able to work with the other contractor and improvised a different access point to install the insulation."
